I am trying to bring this store up live. If I create an account on the store and log in, then shop, I am able to use the checkout and enter card information without issue and the order is processed.

If I do NOT log in and go through the purchase process, adding a product to the cart gives me the message “xyz has been added to your cart” If I click the “View Cart” link in that green message, the cart is emptied and I get to a page that says “your cart is currently empty”. I then click “Shop” to go back to the product list and I get a red message saying “xyz has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance.”

This happens also if I click anywhere else – like trying to go back and order another product. I have researched this issue in the forums and many people have similar issues but not quite the same. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rossbc59

Often, these types of issues could be related to the web browser you’re using. A good first step to troubleshooting this would be to try clearing your browser’s cache. This can often help in resolving general site loading or performance issues.

You can follow our detailed guide on clearing browser cache here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

If the issue persists, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue.

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

The website is using “Twenty Twenty-Four” as t he theme. I deactivated all the plugins and it would appear that the issue occurs when I enable the “Wholesale Prices & Tiered Pricing” by WebWizards. I will have to figure out how to replace that functionality.

    Hello @rossbc59,

Glad to know that your were able to find the conflicting plugin.

Are you using the Quick Buy Now Button for WooCommerce plugin here? If so, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?

If not, it would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
