Shopping Cart Features Not Working – Paid Version

Hello,

I purchased the paid version because of the Inventory management option but.. Not Working as expected, and so far I haven’t got a response to my support request on the paid site..

a) If I create a single product with no options it works fine

b) If I create a single product with options (it does not work)

c) If I create a subscription product with no options it works fine

d) If I create a subscription product with options ( does not work)

So the problem seems to be on the actual management of the options for the products. The problem is that the plugin sends me to the store, or store cart, and neither one of those shortcuts are working. It sends me to the page (not to PayPal), and the page only shows the shortcode ( [simpleecommcart_show_cart] but no actual way to make it work..

I already tried deactivating pretty much every single plugin in the site but that didn’t changed anything.

I left a message at the “purchased site” a few days ago and have never hear back (or at least I haven’t seen a response email in my inbox from the support team.
