Shopping Cart – Accept Deposit/Down Payment on Product

    I am building a site which sells one of a kind, high dollar products (specifically, pedigreed animals) and would like a shopping cart which accepts PayPal and allows for the payment of a non-refundable deposit which would allow the product to still be on display but listed as “under contract” until the final purchase is completed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
