    Hey I recently lost my shopping basket icon on my top menu, it is activated through the appearance settings and displays the cart count next to where the icon should be. Im wondering if I may have modified the icon or removed it by accident while updating my wp-content/uploads files. Otherwise Im not sure if it could be a bug or something else I did. TIA for any help troubleshooting this.

    Please update the theme and plugins to the latest version and navigate to Customize > General Options > Theme Icons and select Font Awesome, then publish changes.

    Now, go to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Menu cart, here select the cart icon again, and check.

    Let me know if this worked out for you.

    I can not find general option>theme icons section. I assume you meant Appearance>customize>general options. I am on the free version and not the premium if that matters. There is an options for “general” however it dosnt include the sub option mentioned.

    The option is available for all the users, there is nothing to do with the pro.

    Please make sure to install and activate the ocean extra plugin.

    Go to Dashboard > Theme Panel > Theme Panel, from here enable the General panel, now go to Appearance > Customize, and you will see the General options there.

    Ok thank you. I have been able to follow these steps and switch to font awesome however the icon is still invisible. Icon color is set to black, disable ocean svg icons is unchecked. Theme and plug in are both up to date.

    That is odd, Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

    Ok thank you. I will also note I am running a child theme. I did try switching back to the ocean non child theme to see if that made a difference and it did not.

    That is really odd, It only seems the cache issue.
    Please try to clear the entire server/site/browser cache.

    have you manually select the cart icon?

    kindly share the snapshots of the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Menu cart page.

    If possible open a ticket at the helpdesk in the prepurchase section, we will take a closer look into the issue.

    I had tried clearing cache a few times before and it didnt help. Ive been busy so I havnt had time to contact support or try anything else, however it miraculously showed up today. There havnt been any auto updates so Im not sure. Just wanted to give you an update, and thank you for your time and assistance.

    That was just a cache issue and Glad to hear that issue has been fixed.
