Thanks for your quick answer.
The thing is that I’ve checked the permissions of the directory and are the following ones:

wpcontent – 755
themes – 755
shophistic -775
less – 775
font-ecommerce – 775
fonts – 775

ecommerce.eot, ecommerce.svg, ecommerce.ttf and ecommerce.woff – 775

These permissions are ok?

Should I reset the permissions? How can I do it?

There isn’t a overall number your file permissions need to be, as it depends on your hosting environment. I do believe your files shouldn’t be the same as folders though.

You can ask your web hosting providers about this.
