    Hi !

I have an issue with the shopify style checkout option. If i try to edit the checkout page with the shopify style enable, i have this error :

“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”

I’m using Elementor 3.6.8, Woocommerce 6.8.2 and Stripe Gateway 3.6.4

I found a previous topic talking about a conflict with Stripe payment gateway (i’m using this plugin) and the advice was to downgrade to 6.4.3. The error wasn’t the same but i tried it anyway.

I also tried to downgrade elementor to the last version tested with Woolentor but it changes nothing.

Any idea about how to solve this ?

    Greetings,

    Quentin

    Hi Quentin,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us ??

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Well the thing is:

If you enable the “Shopify Style Checkout” module, then the checkout page will be automatically converted into a Shopify-like Checkout and you won’t be able to edit/modify the page via Elementor.

All the options related to the Shopify-like Checkout can be found in the module settings.

If you want to create a custom Checkout page, you can do so by creating a custom Elementor template using the Checkout page widgets of WooLentor. Once you are done crafting the template, you can set the template as the Checkout page. Note that, in this case, you need to keep the Shopify Style Checkout module disabled.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
    Tarek
