Shop URL shows no content

    Hi there, a few days ago I updated plugings, theme and WP.

    From this moment, sometimes the url shop does not charge the content. It appears empty, only with the title “Artesanias”.

    I fix it, deactivating caché plugin. But the next day the same issue.

    I fix it, saving again Permalinks, but 2 days after, the same…

    ?Any idea what is happening? I would like to fix it permanently…

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If I understand you correctly, your shop page’s URL is not changing the content.

    Checking your shop page, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end as seen below:

    I also browsed the Textile page:

    I understand that the issue is recurring since after deactivating cache plugin and re-saving permalinks, the issue is resolved then appears again, correct?

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
