Hi All,
I installed worpress and woocommerce for my wife her website. She has been updating it last few months and now all of a sudden the shop does not show any items. In the left menu i see categories and when i click thos i do see items show up. But the default shop page is showing nothing. I have been looking around on google and double checked the options mentioned but nothing seems to work. Below you can find the system report. Any help would be great!

Hi

Deactivate conflicting plugins and themes: Temporarily deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One). If the shop page starts displaying products correctly, you can then reactivate plugins and switch to your preferred theme one by one to identify any conflicts.

Clear WooCommerce transients: Install and activate the “Transients Manager” plugin. Then, go to “Tools” > “Transients” and clear all WooCommerce-related transients. This can help refresh the data and resolve display issues.

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that your wife is experiencing issue with her site when the Shop page is not displaying any products, however these are being displayed on the category pages, is that correct?

I am unable to check the site as it is currently in maintenance mode. However, to add to what @hemant-ahir has suggested, can you navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Products tab and ensure that the sites Shop page is selected on the Shop page dropdown, like so:

Should the above be correct, could you head over to Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks, and resave your existing settings, without making any changes to the settings.

Hi Roxy,

Thanks for the update. I have bene checking stuff and what you mentioned is active. I just updated plugins and theme and will verify how it looks now. If it all is still same issue i will deactivate all plugins but woocommerce. I am a bit scared about loosing functionality though of i reactivate the plugins. Need to check if i still have a default theme installed cause i delete mostly all because of security.

I hear your concern about losing functionality, and what I’d suggest is using the free Health Check?plugin.

This will allow you to deactivate all plugins, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Should this be the case, you can download the free Storefront theme here, and switch themes while in troubleshooting mode via Health check.
