Shop Page redirects to home page

  • Hey guys,
    Can anyone help me with this issue? My clients website shop page wont open on the front end. when I click the shop page on my menu bar it takes me to homepage.

    I have tried below mentions
    1- permalink refresh
    2-changed the slug
    3-reinstalled woocommerce
