Shop page not loading properly

    My shop page isn’t loading properly. If I am signed in to wordpress as admin, it looks how it is supposed to but when I check on incognito modeor ask someone else to go to the page, it doesn’t look right. The theme doesn’t load, neither do the widgets, etc. Please help.

    It looks like the shop page isn’t loading correctly for non logged-in users. I was able to replicate the issue.

    Could you please check and confirm if this is happening due to a plugin or your theme? In most cases, issues such as this are often caused when a plugin or a theme is not compatible with another.

    I recommend checking our guide on conflict testing which should help you determine the cause of this problem.

    Additionally, if you’re using any customization on the website, for example through custom codes, please temporarily disable the same and see if that helps.
