    Hi all,

    We are having a strange issue. Our shop page, which we call Marketplace, is no longer showing any products. Instead, we see the title “All Products” and then one item called “Marketplace” with the “Price not announced.” There is also the option to view “Details” and it’s listed as “Out of Stock.” All of our Jigoshop settings are the same, so we figure something with the update is causing this to happen. We have version 1.11.5, but the issue came about before the latest update.

    What we can tell you is that if you click on a product category listed in the sidebar, the products will show up as they normally do on the page. We just can’t figure out why the main shop page is not showing anything.

    We’d really appreciate your help with this issue, ASAP.

  • Good to hear you managed to get it to work too, I didn’t realise that %postname% on its own would do it. We’ve both learnt a little more.

    @jigoshop Support – Michael,

    Thanks for that suggestion to check out WordPress Permalinks, it led to a solution I was looking for.

    I was scratching my head on why product pages suddenly changed to ‘Page Not Found’. After reading your post, I remembered that WordPress just got updated. Went to WordPress Permalink under Settings and just clicked Save an all is fine again.
