    Hi all,

We are having a strange issue. Our shop page, which we call Marketplace, is no longer showing any products. Instead, we see the title “All Products” and then one item called “Marketplace” with the “Price not announced.” There is also the option to view “Details” and it’s listed as “Out of Stock.” All of our Jigoshop settings are the same, so we figure something with the update is causing this to happen. We have version 1.11.5, but the issue came about before the latest update.

What we can tell you is that if you click on a product category listed in the sidebar, the products will show up as they normally do on the page. We just can’t figure out why the main shop page is not showing anything.

We’d really appreciate your help with this issue, ASAP.

    Thanks so much,
    clair

@clairporium — Which version did you first notice this issue? 1.11.4?

@websista — Did you only encounter in 1.11.5 update?

@clairporium, websista — What version was in use prior to update? Could you both post System Info?

    Thanks

    Hi guys,

Did you downgrade Jigoshop? If not – it is working properly in both cases. If yes – please check your settings in Jigoshop -> Settings -> Shop, section Permalinks and WordPress’ Permalinks options. It might be something there is different making the page unusable.

    Amadeusz,

We still have version 1.11.5 installed and haven’t made any updates to anything on site since we posted here yesterday. HOWEVER, I just took a look at our main shop page and it is displaying correctly. It’s like it magically fixed itself overnight! Anyway, no idea how it went back to normal, but we’re glad it did.

    Thanks,
    clair

We down graded to Version 1.11.3 and now we can see Jigoshop. However we’re having other problems. PayPal Standard not directing to PayPal on check out. I created a new support ticket for PayPal Standard. ExtensionWorks Shipping stopped working. I have a support ticket into ExtensionWorks

As far as I understand – it is because of no flushed rewrite rules. 1.11.6 does that on database upgrade (and it’s only update, so don’t worry). Jigoshop is just updated, all issues should be addressed.

Thank you for your detailed bug reports!

    Amadeusz,

We just updated to the latest Jigoshop and are having the exact same problem we posted at the top of this thread 1 week ago. Please help us correct this issue, ASAP.

    Thank you,
    clair

    Amadeusz,

I am very new to Jigoshop and am having the same problem as noted above.

    Can you help?

    Thank you!
    Rachele

@c4creations Did it work prior to Jigoshop 1.15.2?

    Have you tried this?

If yes – please check your settings in Jigoshop -> Settings -> Shop, section Permalinks and WordPress’ Permalinks options. It might be something there is different making the page unusable.

Jigoshop 1.15.2 is the only version I have installed. Just installed Jigoshop yesterday.

This is the only thing I can find dealing with Permalinks:

    Permalinks

Prepend shop categories and tags with base page
Prepend product permalinks with shop base page
Prepend product permalinks with product category

    Product category slug : product-category
    Product tag slug: product-slug

I have tried all three selections, one at a time to see if any make a difference.

Hi, I am aware that this post is already set as resolved but I was a little lost like c4creations, so I just wanted to let c4creations (and anyone else who might find this post when looking for a solution) know what I did to fix it.

I just found Permalinks under Settings for WP. Which do you suggest I select?

I selected ‘Custom Structure’ but added %category% before %postname% so what is entered in the ‘Custom Structure’ input box is:

    /%category%/%postname%/

In Jigoshop’s permalinks section I left the three tick-boxes empty and left the ‘Product category slug’ and ‘Product tag slug’ with their default values (product-category and product-slug).
    Hope this helps someone. ??

Thank you Henriette! I just went down the list trying them all until one seemed to work. Post Name seemed to fix it. I changed it to what you suggested and it is working as well.

    I do appreciate your post!
