Shop Page Missing

I updated the woocommerce plugin this morning from 2.0.17 to the latest version (2.0.18), and since the update the shop page is broken – it goes to an Index of / Shop page. However, the rest of woocommerce is working correctly. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
