Shop page layout and image lightbox

I’m trying to set up my shop page with WooCommerce and what I need is a way to show the full image (not a cropped thumbnail) of my product main image, and then also include the “add to cart” button and a few more details on the main page, so they don’t have to click into the product to add it to cart.
Also, if anyone knows a good way to have the images on the product page get “replaced” rather than opening a lightbox that would be great.
