shop page is not working

    Hello.
    after updating recent woocomerce my product achieve page (Shop page) is not working.
    Could you please help me. when i click the shop page i get this massage. but before it was showing all the products https://prntscr.com/obe8ys

  • At:
    Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools tab > WooCommerce transients, click the Clear transients button. Unlikely to be the fix but its a quick thing to try.

    At:
    Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog
    does it show the “Show products” setting?

    thanks for the reply. i did Clear transients button and woocommerce settings are also okay https://prnt.sc/obooqu

    before all these was working properly

    I think the next thing is to try to narrow down which software element is causing the problem. Temporarily deactivate all plugins and switch to the a default theme. Do you still have the problem?

    If not, reactivate theme and plugins one-by-one and check to try to identify what it is that is causing the problem.
