Shop Page is blank

Hello. If you encounter 404 not found errors after trying to browse the created categories and products, then you need to update your WordPress permalink structure. To do so, you need to go to the permalink structure menu in WP admin and save it again. After doing the re-save you should be able to browse through the shop related parts of the site.

There is no 404 error it is just blank, complete white screen page. https://lwsolutions.us/store/shop/

I just saved the permalinks and that did not work.

Please tell us your PHP version.
Also if you like send us FTP access to [email protected]
and we will fix the problem for you. There is probably fatal error and the error reporting is disable, so we see blank page instead of the error.
The error may be caused by specific php setting or by the php version itself.

To uninstall you need to delete the orillacart folder located in:

wp-content/plugins/orillacart

May I ask what difficulties exactly, answering that will help us improving the plugin by fixing the problems that you are facing?

At first, my shop page was working perfectly but when I view the product, it says that Page Not Found. When I updated the permalinks both Item page and Shop page are now completely blank.

Any suggestions to fix these?

I installed this plugin on a fresh install of wordpress(current version).
Shop and item page is perfect but upon clicking the “Add to Cart” button an error “Uncaught exception:no such product” appears.

I have the same problem, a blank shop screen. New install and saved the WordPress permalink structure. There is a Fatal Error message I will email details.
