    PHP/MySQL : 8.3
    Host : OVH (France)
    Theme : UNCODE
    Extensions : WOOCOMMERCE

    Hello

I work under the UNCODE theme. My pages are displayed correctly EXCEPT the shop page and the product “pages”.

I went to ask the question on the UNCODE forum on Facebook. Someone answered me and asked me to delete some codes. I did it but nothing changed. In fact it can’t come from UNCODE because my other “normal” pages are perfect and have no problem (except the “product” pages).

I even imported a shop template from UNCODE. As soon as I changed the page of this example to a shop page on the Woocommerce settings, it gave me the same problem. So UNCODE is not “responsible”.

I have the secondary menu, the footer, etc. but the content is black and by doing “inspect the page”, my content block is not displayed on this page. It’s been a few days. I don’t understand anything.

I must have done something wrong but unfortunately, I don’t know which one..

I obviously checked everything (shop page, Debug Mode, UNCODE Theme options, Go back 3 days of the database, disabled extensions, etc.) in short, I really looked EVERYWHERE including in the WOOCOMMERCE settings.

Maybe I need to reinstall WOOCOMMERCE?

Does anyone have any ideas because this has been going on for 4 days now.

Thank you very much in advance.

  • Hello ?? @indicana35,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re experiencing issues with your shop and product pages. Also, it seems you’ve already tried a couple of troubleshooting options, but the issue seems to persist.

Before you consider reinstalling WooCommerce, I would recommend trying a few more troubleshooting steps.

    1. Try disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four, to see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, you can enable your plugins one by one to identify the one causing the issue.
    2. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs to check for any error logs. You can copy and paste them here via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
    3. Ensure that you’re running the latest version of WooCommerce.

If none of these suggestions help, please feel free to provide us with your full System Status Report. You can find it under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. This will give us a better understanding of your setup and potentially help identify the problem.

Looking forward to assisting you further.
