Shop page different on desktop and mobile. Help!

If you navigate to the page https://www.fckaverage.com/shop I’ve customised the header area with text and a HR rule.
At the bottom of the page I added a banner above the footer area.
This all displays on desktop but when I view on a mobile device the HR rule and banner are missing.
In place of the banner is the word test, which I’d placed earlier (as a test), to see where it would display.
Anyone know what is going on here? I’m using a child theme of “The Retailer”.
