Shop Page and Cart on the same page

I’m using woocommerce and the Vantage theme.

In a perfect world, I would have my shop page split so on the left side you can see my products and on the right side, you can see the cart. As you press the add to cart button on the left, the product would be added to the cart on the right.

I used a page builder to create the shop page in question but what happens when I press ‘add to cart’, I’m redirected to the full product page with a message saying the product has been added to the cart.

Any suggestions on how I could accomplish what I want?
