Shop page after update

  • Hi, Our shop page is now not showing any of the products correctly as you may see they are all squished together on one line as opposed to 3 per column as I have set up in the customization.

    It appears it may have been after an OceanWP update but I can not seem to roll-back to a previous version.

    Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

  • Hello,

    It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugins except woocommerce and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one-by-one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    Also, share the snapshot of your customizer setting and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.

    Hi thank you, it seemed to be ‘Essential Addons for Elementor’ causing the problem. I have deactivated it for now as I don’t think we need it for anything anyway!
