Shop on homepage

    Hi,
    I’m using Pixova Lite & I’d like to link my shop where the current Latest News section is.
    I’ve changed the title and description but I can’t work out how to display products instead of blog posts there.
    Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
    Site is under maintenance so can’t link

    Hey there,

    It’s hard to understand the question without seeing the website. But as far as I understand, here’s what you should do:-

    • I assume you’ve setup your shop page, let’s call it “Shop” for now.
    • Head over to Settings -> Reading and in “Front Page Display”, select A static page option. In the dropdown menu next to “Front page” option, select the shop page and select blog page in the dropdown next to “The posts page” option.

    Thanks Macho Themes, is there a work around?

    Not what I was aiming for, it’s on the Pixola Lite theme with the sections, I’d like to keep the other sections also.

    Hello @virtualbird,

    The easiest workaround would be to purchase the PRO version and start benefiting from the unlimited custom sections feature.

    You can re-create the current homepage and add other custom homepage sections that will include your products and others buttons/ways to send to the shop page.
