    Hi,

    Where a product has options that need to be completed the Facebook page tries to add a product direct to checkout on the website but fails because certain product options have not been completed. How do I overcome this?

    It sounds like you may want to direct those customers to the product page in your store instead of adding the product to the cart directly. To do this, you’ll need to add a code snippet to your site and you can find out more about that here:

    Would you please add the snippet, re-sync your products (you can force a re-sync in your site at WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync), and see if that works for you?

    Added the snippet as number 1 priority and synced the catalogue. No joy I am afraid.

    Thank you for giving this a try. I’d like to see what URL is being sent to Facebook when you sync your products to confirm that the correct one is being shared. We can do this with some logging from the plugin.

    In your WooCommerce > Facebook admin settings, you should see a checkbox to enable “debug logging”. Would you please enable that, re-sync your products again (all or just a couple), and then share the latest logs for the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin from WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    I have done as above. How do I safely share the log. Is there and upload link/email for your support?

    Thank you for following up here. I often suggest using a service like Snippi to share log files. Since they contain information you might not want to share here publicly (like Facebook Business ID, etc), that’s understandable. You can share them with us directly.
