Shop now button not visible to non identified users

Hi there!

I’m getting some troubles with the ‘Shop Now’ button (from a shortcode). In fact, when i’m logged in the button appears and everything works normally. But, if i log out from my account, the button disappears, and it turns impossible to do the purchase.

I’ve tried to deactivate the ‘Require users log in’ option from preferences, but didnt’ work.

Any solution to this? Thanks in advance
