Shop Not Syncing

  • Shop products not syncing.

    Our client Shopify is 4000 product is only used as a catalog so we know it would take a long time. That being said, we are on Fiber and have super-fast internet speed and test it on a simple template, with all plugins disabled except for your plugin. We have an AWS server and we don’t any settings that would prevent the syncing not to working.

    We also tested on our client website and disabled all the plugins and we check all the settings like you recommended, however, we have never got a full sync. We were able to see the categories, but no products

    We got up over 200% progress on one try and another one over 510% and then We get curl timeout or the ShopWP HTTP Error: Request URL not found, and Object Object

    Please let me know how I can get through this.

    Hey there,

    Can you try adding the below line to your wp-config.php file? Afterwards try re-syncing again.

    ini_set( 'default_socket_timeout', 300 );

    Let me know if this doesn’t help!
