Shop not showing product categories

Hi @campcan

Go to?Appearance → Customizer → WooCommerce → Product Catalog tab, and then choose the?Display?option. For each of the?Shop Page Display?and?Default Category Display?options, select?Show both.

If it doesn’t work , could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hello @campcan,

If I understand you correctly, you want a grid of categories with their images as the background at the top of the shop page as shown below.

I’m not sure if it’s the same experience with your theme, but with the Storefront theme you can edit the shop page.

You can add a column block and populate it with Featured Category blocks. Chose the corresponding category for each block and add its image by clicking “Replace” at the top.

Thank you for the response. The only thing that has seemed to work is installing a new Woocoomerce Divi categories module.
