Shop module not displaying all items in a category

When you say families, do you mean a main category than contains 4 different product categories?

We see the affected site. Which of the affected categories are not showing? Could you share a name?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hi there. What I mean by “families” are products in different categories that we want displayed together. The affected shop module *should* be showing all products in Apparel, Drinkware, and Misc categories, but it is only show one product from the Apparel category and no others.
