Shop Menu not linking to sub items

  • Hi, not sure if anyone can help me.

    When I select a sub item from my drop down shop menu, I get the message “Oops! That page can’t be found.”

    I’m not really sure what is happening or what has gone wrong. One day it was working and the next it wasn’t.

    I am totally novice and don’t understand technical stuff, so if you have suggestions, you will need to keep them really basic (sorry!).

    It would seem that there has been a change in the permalinks settings, or in the coding of your menu entries, the present not working link is for example:
    https://australiancurriculumresourcesonline.com.au/mathematics/mathematics/mathematics-year-6/

    While it should be:
    https://australiancurriculumresourcesonline.com.au/mathematics/mathematics-year-6/
    Note that the wrong one has a stutter and repeats the “mathematics” part.

    Please check the permalinks setting in Dashboard > Appearance > Permalinks
    Also check the link on your pages, and in your menu descriptions.
    It is difficult to say why this would change from one day to the next, but the answers to the above may help.

    Thanks so much for your help. I couldn’t see anywhere to change anything there so I just made a new menu without a drop menu for the shop. I should have just done that to start so I didn’t bother anyone.
