Shop Manager Access

    Hi there.
    How can i grant access to shop manager for this plugin? Im not able to do it. I′m using wp menu editor pro and even giving permissions with it that usually works for all plugins it gives me this error:

    Reason: The “shop name → Dashboard” menu item is disabled for the “shop_manager” role.

    Can you please help me? Look forward for your reply

  • Hello,

    Without knowing how the site is configured and restricting access to things based on user role, it will be difficult to diagnose this. If there is a third-party plugin providing this service I recommend reaching out to their support as well. You may also have some luck using the User Role Editor Plugin from the www.remarpro.com repository. It will allow you to set permissions for different user roles in the site.

    The capability needed access the new dashboard & analytics is view_woocommerce_reports.
