• Hi,

Thankfull for every help I can get!

Since 3.0 our category pages loads different amount of products on every page page, it set to show 24 products per page, but as you can see, even if it has hundred of products it sometimes show 4, sometime 12, sometime 23 ect… https://goo.gl/xgZ8cU

We tried below without any solution
    -Disable Plugins and change Theme
-Remove Cache & Varnish from server
    -Regenerate thumbnails

Have anyone heard of similar issues or know how to solve it?

  • Did you also delete transients at:
Dashboard > WooCommerce > System Status > Tools

Ask your host if they have implemented any form of server caching. There may be evidence of it in .htaccess so look at that. If in doubt, rename it temporarily to take it out of play.

Use define('WP_DEBUG', true); in wp-config.php and see if any notices or warnings show on the page.

Hi, thank you @lorro tried your tips, but finally found what caused it, it’s when I activate “Hide out of stock items from catalog” in Woocommerce>>>Inventory that the bug arrives. Its all the products that are out of stock that resevate white empty space…

    How can I fix this?

I tested “Hide out of stock items from catalog” with the Storefront theme and my products closed up nicely and maintained a full pageful. Did you try Storefront? I’ve no more suggestions. This might need a hands-on developer debug.
