Shop images will not change size from 300, need help.

Hi WP-helpers,
Like the title says. I cannot get the shop items to change size.
The default image size is 300×300.
I would like to change it to 150×150.

So far I have installed these plugins, and still no success.
Regenerate Thumbnails:
I changed product display to 150, then used this plugin, and images stayed the same.

Woocommerce Products Per Page:
This doesn’t help in sizing either.

Please help ??
