    Hi,

    Adding my PNG logo to the Shop Header/Logo section results in a poor quality logo within the final PDF. I have tried selecting a SVG version of the logo and this does not appear at all in the output PDF. Are SVG files supported and are there guidelines for getting the best quality logo in the final PDF output.

    Hello Den,
    If the logo appears in poor quality, you can use a higher resolution PNG or JPG, 300dpi is usually more than sufficient for this. You can see the resolution of the image under the preview in the General settings tab. Don’t forget to enable test modus during testing so that it updates the PDF with the new image (and turn off test mode when you’re done).
    SVG is not supported, unfortunately.
