Shop doesn’t show all the new products added

I understand that you have added products to your site, and only 2 of these are being displayed on the shop page, is this correct?

After visiting your site, I am able to see 9 products, as seen below:

As a first step, can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients – Clear
• Term counts- Recount terms
• Clear template cache – Clear
• Regenerate shop thumbnails – Regenerate

Next, please clear your browser cache and then check the shop page again.

Please ensure that you have a good backup of your full site and database in place before doing this so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

You can find this by navigating to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you have this, please share the results in your response here.

Just to clarify, are all products visible in the back end? Under Wp-Admin > products > all products? Is the issue affecting the front-end only, correct?

Can you please update your WordPress version, and then update as well your WooCommerce database under WooCommerce > status > tool > update database? Then please check again if all the products are visible.

Sorry to hear that the issue persists.

Can you switch your site theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except WooCommerce? Then please see if the issue persists.

If not, it means a conflict was affecting the site, and you can switch back the theme to the original, and then the rest of the plugins one by one and checking again after each reactivation, until you find the cause of the issue:

Thank you so much for your help. I managed to find the plugin that created the conflict. The plugin was “Shoplentor” is it a plugin correlated to Woocomerce? Can I leave it deactivated?

Meanwhile, checking the plugin’s repository, it stated that it is a page builder. So, you might want to check if there are any pages on your site built using this plugin. If none, it would be best to deactivate it.
