I’ve reinstalled various backups: it doesn’t change anything.

I tried to link the shop to an another page : it doesn’t work neither.

I have the message “WooCommerce database update in progress” but it seems stucked and when I click on “see progression” the following message appears : “an error has occurred when triggering the action in this note” (free traduction)

    thanks for your help ??

ok, it seems that the problem is a conflict with Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce.

    Hi @lililapaz,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble with a WooCommerce database update that seems to be stuck, and you’re encountering an error message when trying to view the progress.

In such cases, it is possible that the cron jobs in your site are failing. Are you able to check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions for any past-due actions?

If any, try manually clicking on ‘Run’ to see if this will trigger the update. Should the issue persist, disable all other plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and run the update by heading over to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database.

Let us know how this goes.

Seems you’ve already found the culprit to this issue.

As Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce is a third-party plugin, I recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance.
