    I forgot to add, and the Notes have disappeared as well. In fact, all Invoicing Details have disappeared, despite still being in my settings.

    In addition to this, the email comes from “Little People and M”, not “Little People and Me”

    In our update to 1.13.x, we’ve added the ability to customize Jigoshop emails.

    Please check if new email templates were generated in Jigoshop/Emails. You can modify them and should be able to fix the issue by doing so. ??

    Thank you, i get it now. As i am very basic knowledge here, it doesnt show the “Payment Method” variable key and i have no idea what it is. can anyone point me in the right direction to find this out or tell me what it is? I tried [payment_method] but that didnt work.

    Is it possible to be notified when this happens?

    It is extremely important as this is how we work out when an Order can be sent or not, now i need to log in to the back end and check every single order, this has doubled my workload!

    When I upgraded to 1.13.1 I didn’t get any default emails and no Jigoshop/Emails folder. I’m going to try upgrading to 1.13.2 to see if they come in…

    After upgrading to 1.13.2 I still have no auto-generated templates… so everything that I had to send to customers before is lost… any way to get that back?

    Thank you for adding the Payment Method.

    Found the default emails on the general tab.
