[Shop Coupon]

I just need to add coupon code in a form where form is html which is created , when the user select the amount from a radio button and apply coupon code it must apply and must redirect to paypal.How to retrieve coupon amount? Created coupon box and checks it valid or not. Now i need to get the coupon amount and get deducts from the amount selected from radio amount.Please help
