Shop Breadcrumb Missing from Product Search Results

When I perform a product search, I’d expect the breadcrumb to be “Home > Shop > Search Results” but the shop part is missing. How do I get that in there for product search results AND ONLY product search results? I don’t want to apply it globally to the standard WP search widget. It should only apply to the results of the product search widget.
