Shop admin/customer emails showing wrong prices

  • I’m using wp-ecommerce and Wp-shop styling plug in. Why would the admin and customer emails have prices charged show up that are NOT listed ANYWHERE in the shopping cart whatsoever and yet the amount charged at the PayPal end is correct?

    Example:
    Product was 199.00 Admin and customer emails show- 169.95 but the PayPal email shows the correct amount (199.00) was charged.

  • Well, that’s a difference of $29.05 – does that ‘ring a bell’ – tax and/or shipping maybe?

    Does your shop styling email content contain all the following codes..

    <p>Subtotal: {total_product_price}</p>
<p>Shipping: {total_shipping}</p>
<p>Discount: {coupon_amount}</p>
<p>Tax: {total_tax}</p>
<p>Total: {cart_total}</p>
