I duplicated a site with no instructions including database, theme and all plugins in under 15 minutes.

I hit the “backup” button and saved the backup – then created a clean WP site – added this plugin – hit RESTORE – and bang it was done. Easiest website move I have ever done – and I have used two of the most popular paid backup services.

Now there is a catch (of course) if you want to use Dropbox or FTP etc or your backup is over 512 Meg there is a $99 extension – but if you save it as a file (which I do) you can then send it to Dropbox or FTP it yourself for free.

If you have multiple sites or big sites then upgrading is likely worth it. Its also a one time LIFETIME fee – not an annual.
