SHOCKING iThemes Security Code Keeps Regenerating Itself!

    Within my cPanel in the Hotlink Protection I found this code: https://tinypic.com/m/icpt1t/4

    But no mater how many times I try to delete it the code it just keeps coming back.

    I understand it has something to do with iThemes Security because my hosting service said so.

    Can one of you smart people tell me what is going on here?

    What is this code that iThemes Security plugin keep generating into my cPanel Hotlink Protection?

    Do I actually need this code to make iThemes Security work properly?

    Or maybe my site has been hacked?

    Can someone answer this please?
