This company has designed a great and highly detailed plugin that works decently out of the box. However, you will be tempted to upgrade as the Free model doesn’t quite cut it.
This is when things turn pear-shaped. Once you upgrade as I did to the “ultimate” and support is required (because it will be) The reply time is 1 week on most occasions if they reply at all. Do not dare create another ticket if they don’t reply in a reasonable time for you will be chastised and told that creating additional tickets creates confusion at their end even though they never replied to your initial ticket.
When the reply finally comes and some email ping pong begins the ticket may be sorted or forgotten so beware.
Then there is the never-ending case of the vanishing license code. My license code was always self-deleting and I read on Google this is not unique.
At one point I actually threatened that I would go crazy on social media to get their attention and it was the only way my ticket was replied to.
Nice Product supported by crap service. I would have loved to give 2 stars because the product is 95% ok but the support is simply so poor it overwhelms the products quality.
