Hi, I am running into a weird issue. If I load my web page on a smart phone or tablet which has a resolution higher than the break point of Shivnav, scrolling on the entire web page breaks. So my tablet has 800 x 1200 resolution and my break point is 801. If I hold my tablet vertically, Shiftnav comes out and everything works perfect. However, if I hold it horizontally Shiftnav disappears as you would expect – but – I can no longer scroll up or down anywhere on the web page until I flip the tablet vertically again. My website is https://moviesorder.com

  • Hi,
    i’ve the same problem

Solved it by setting the breakpoint at 1200 and add #shiftnav-toggle-main{display: none} in my custom.css file for mobile and tablet

My guess is you have a conflict between the theme JS and ShiftNav’s swipe JS. Try disabling “Swipe Open” and “Swipe Close” in the ShiftNav settings and see if that helps ??

    Best,

    Chris
