    Sorry to hear, maybe you find some time to elaborate.

    I totally disagree with this review. Last weekend I posted an issue in the support forum because. He answered the same day asking to email more details. I did, we swapped several emails during the weekend (!). They investigated found a bug and they released an update within a few days. And I use the free version.
