I understand that sometimes your orders are not getting imported into ShipStation. Is that correct? Do you have debug logging enabled in your ShipStation settings?

If not, please enable that and test a purchase. When an order does not import over to ShipStation, please view the logs at WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and look for a log in the drop down with ShipStation and the date in the name. View the log and see if there are any errors listed. If there are errors, please copy and paste them back in a reply to us.
I would also recommend that if you have any caching plugin, to temporarily disable them to see if that helps at all (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/shipstation-for-woocommerce/#my-orders-are-not-imported-into-shipstation)
