Shipstation order staus is not update on WordPress

    Hi

    After I update to version 4.3.6 the orders status is not updated anymore on WordPress. I don’t see any errors on the logs.

    Any idea what can cause the error?

  • Hi there @codeagencyro – It looks like we submitted a fix as early as 4.3.4 for issues related to order statuses for custom order numbers. Do you happen to use custom or sequential order numbers on your site?
