Shipstation/Order Note support?

    Hello! Thanks for the plugin. All seems great except I cannot get my Order Notes to show up. I see there is a built-in shortcode {order_note}, but it shows nothing, both in preview and test emails. The orders being tested 100% have notes on them, as they show in the Default Woocommerce emails.

    I am using Shipstation which adds an order note back to WooCommerce orders. This is a CUSTOMER NOTE however not a PRIVATE NOTE. Is there some way to add a Customer Note to your email templates? Cheers.

    Hi,

    This order note email will appear only when the admin writes notes to the customer. The order note {order_note} shortcode is used on the Customer note type. Please go to this email type to customize.

    We have not had a chance to check if the notes added by Shipstation?can be displayed on our template, Theoretically, it should display via the {order_note}shortcode, However, you can give it a shot.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I have a different problem, but don’t know if have to open a new ticket or new.

    In any case, I got the shortcodes working as I wanted. Unfortunately, as soon as I started using the plugin, all my emails started bouncing. This does not happen with the regular WooCommerce emails at all. Is this module changing the mail headers or email in some way that’s hidden? Do you have any thoughts? Kindly let me know. I had to disable the module for my emails to send properly.

    Email Server: My own via Godaddy VPS. It says it is Postfix/Dovecot.

    We have conducted a test by creating a customer note using the function of WooCommerce, and the result confirms that our customer note template is being sent successfully.

    We recommend ensuring that your plugin, Shipstation, generates notes in a similar way to WooCommerce. This will ensure compatibility and proper functioning with our plugin.

    To verify if emails are being sent, we suggest installing and activating a mail logging plugin. This plugin will record the sent emails from your end.
