Shipstation is unable to connect to WooCommerce store. It just stopped working all of a sudden. No updates or changes have been made.

When we try to reconfigure the store, when editing the marketplace connection, after entering the Authentication Key, if we click on “Test connection”, we get this error message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”

When clicking “Connect” instead of “Test Connection” we receive a “An error has occurred” message.

I spoke to support with ShipStation – they said it was an error with WordPress… Haven’t heard anything else yet. I’ll be contacting support again. Any other decent shipping integrations out there?

It’s been down for at least 3 days for me so far. No help from ShipStation support (they said it was a wordpress error). HUGE pain for me.

I am in fact using Bluehost.. Extremely frustrating as this is causing a ton of extra work..

For anyone who is experiencing the same issue – I contacted Bluehost and they were of zero help. They said it has nothing to do with them.

Another chat with Shipstation and they insist it is a problem with “Woocommerce” as it is their error..

I am currently in the process of changing hosting to siteground which will be done in the next 24 hours. Will report back if that fixes it

Please do keep us posted jjm531. Switching hosting providers is such a pain. Will there be a period of downtime? Very frustrated with bluehost and will definitely never use them in the future due to their very poor customer service.
