Shipstation exclusion

    Hello, @gearhunter

    The problem is that Shipstation didn’t configure DNS for the IPs that they are using, so, unfortunately, we can’t automatically whitelist them.

    At the moment there are two possible solutions:

    1. You may disable anti-crawler option in the plugin settings:

    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk

    2. Shipstation provided us with some of their IPs, so you can add them in your spamfirewall whitelist:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=spamfirewall

    34.199.251.255
    34.200.10.239
    34.199.30.113
    34.200.1.155
