Shipstation doesnt export orders on orders programmatically created

    Hi! I have some orders created programmatically but not being sent to shipstations automatically. I have to go each order and click save to get them exported. So what actions to call when making those orders programmatically ? Thanks.

    Can you please share further information on what you mean by some orders created programmatically here so that we could address you more effectively?

    If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Meanwhile, if some orders are not imported into ShipStation, caching plugins providing file minification can generate this kind of issue. Make sure that you disable file minification and try to import orders again.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
