    Hello, using Cleantalk on the website to avoid spam purchases. For some reason we are having issues whitelisting Shipstation to the orders, which is causing the orders to not be sent to Shipstation.

    I’ve tried ss.shipstation.com as well as ship1, ship2, etc. To no avail.

    I saw in a Google search that there was an issue raised here 2 weeks ago but I can no longer find it.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    According to your profile, you have no active subscriptions for the Security plugin.

    Probably, this question is about the Anti-Spam plugin.

    Disable the Anti-Crawler feature on the main page of the Anti-Spam plugin settings.

    Please, open the topic in the related thread if the suggestion above does not help.
