Shipstation cannot find order

    The shipstation log shows the following. Initially we used a shipstation we created and everything was working fine, then we changed it to our fulfillment center’s shipstation account which is an enterprise level. That is the only difference. WooCommerce is at 3.8.1 should we downgrade.
